20. How often should I exercise?

Hey dear friend! It´s Mike again! Thanks for read my last blog, about: "What abilities needs a personal trainer?" I´m happy to write again, and today I´ll explain  How often should you exercise?  Remember, you can share your opinion right down on the comments. You could write: How many times do you go to the gym?  This question is very common with my trained - How often should I exercise, Mike? - and sometimes, they think with more frequency, they could get better results, but there is not true. When we starting to make exercise, we need to know our goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level, then I can create a program with your necessities, time, and equipment.  For example, t he people who is beginner , they can start again with one to three workouts each week, because with this training’s volume they can make significance adaptations, and the most important thing is they need to be constants with the program.
