20. How often should I exercise?

read my last blog, about: "What abilities needs a personal
trainer?" I´m happy to write again, and today I´ll explain How
often should you exercise? Remember, you can share your
opinion right down on the comments. You could write: How many times do you go
to the gym?
This question is very common with my trained - How often should I exercise, Mike? - and sometimes, they think with more frequency, they could get better results, but there is not true. When we starting to make exercise, we need to know our goals, lifestyle, and current fitness level, then I can create a program with your necessities, time, and equipment.
For example, the people who is beginner, they can start again with one to three workouts each week, because with this training’s volume they can make significance adaptations, and the most important thing is they need to be constants with the program.
Another example is the intermedial people, they
usually have the habit and the basic information. I can assume they know different
training´s method for a specific period. If you are at this level, you can add
more workouts to your weekly, for example make two to four workouts each week.
Before I tell you the advanced level, I
need to make an explication: The frequency is a training´s variable, so this
need to correlate with: the volume, intensity, choose of exercise and rest between
sets. So no matter how often should you exercise,
the most important is to create a good program with all variables. Don’t worry
a lot with the days, I saw advanced people who trains four days pear weak. It
all depends on your workout program.
At the end, the advanced people, they have a
lot of years in them sport, so they have a lot of experience with the frequency
and training´s variable. They usually go four to six workouts each week. SPOILER
you don´t need this frequency, find the best for your lifestyle and enjoy this beautiful
moment in your day.
