24. "How to create an effective home workout routine"

Hey there, dear friend! It's Mike again. Thank you for reading my last blog post about "The Benefits of Weightlifting for Women: Busting the Myths." I'm happy to be writing again, and today I'll be explaining how to create an effective home workout routine. Remember, you can share your opinion in the comments section below by answering the question: "Which exercises do you know?"

It's important to start where you feel most comfortable, and your home is an excellent option. Don't worry about the criticism from others; working out at home can save you from potential insecurities that may arise at the gym. Once you feel safe and secure, the primary concern becomes the intensity of your workouts. If you're a beginner in the fitness world, assess your current condition by performing a resistance test or a test of burpees. Based on the results, select exercises that suit you best. Remember, taking the first step is usually the hardest.

The next step is to schedule how many days you'll work out. I recommend starting with three days and then choosing the types of exercises. For example, focus on mastering fundamental movements such as the rear lunge, hip hinge (deadlift romanian), squats, core exercises, and push-ups. Understanding the capacity you want to train is crucial. If your goal is to build strength, you can choose a workout methodology, such as a traditional gym program with four sets of 12 reps, or you can opt for training in cycles with minimal rest between exercises.

The most important thing is to know your physical goal and how to achieve it. I trust in your ability to develop a good fitness habit at home, and after a few months, you'll become stronger. So, my final recommendation is to identify your specific goal. If you're aiming to run a marathon, the next step may be to start running in a park. However, if your goal is to improve your physique, with increased muscle mass and reduced fat, consider investing in dumbbells or exercise balls for your home.

In conclusion, creating an effective home workout routine involves progressing in your exercises with increasing intensity and keeping your purpose in mind. I personally experienced great adaptation when I trained at home during COVID-19, so don't let negative thoughts invade your fitness journey. Remember, every step you take brings you closer to your goal.
